Frequently asked questions
Everything about digital business cards, QR and NFC sharing, contact exchange and company pages.
What is an NFC digital business card?
+
An NFC digital business card is a physical card or sticker with a tiny chip inside. When someone taps it with a phone, your online profile opens in their browser: contact details, social links, company page, menu or portfolio. Nothing needs to be installed on their phone.
Do visitors need an app to open my profile?
+
No. Anyone with a phone can scan your QR code or tap your NFC card and your page opens in their browser. iPhone and Android both work.
How does contact exchange work?
+
When someone scans your QR code they see two choices: View details, or Save to phone. After they save your contact they can share their own details back in one tap, so you both end up with each other’s contact.
Do I need to reprint my QR code or NFC card if I change my username?
+
No. Every profile has a permanent ID that your QR code and NFC card point to. You can rename your link or edit your details at any time and the same QR code and card keep working.
What is the difference between a personal profile and a company profile?
+
A personal profile is for one person: business card, founder, sales, creator, student or link in bio. A company profile is for a business: company page, restaurant menu, clinic or shop. You create your personal profile first, then run company pages from it, add team members and get the company verified by email domain.
How do I get a company verified?
+
Open the company profile’s settings and enter an email address on your company domain. We send a link to that address; clicking it verifies the company and shows a verified badge on the page and on your team’s profiles.
Where do I buy NFC cards and how do I write my link to one?
+
Blank NTAG213, NTAG215 or NTAG216 cards and stickers cost about ₹30–150 each online. Install a free NFC writer app, choose Write, add a URL record, paste your link and hold the card to the back of your phone. Our NFC guide shows each step.
Can I see who opened my profile and clicked my links?
+
Yes. Analytics show views, unique visitors, clicks per link, QR scans, NFC taps, device, browser and referrer, plus a funnel from scan to saved contact or lead. Bots and crawlers are filtered out.
Is there a free plan?
+
Yes. The free plan includes a personal and a company profile with QR and NFC sharing and basic analytics. Paid plans add more profiles, longer analytics, lead export and removal of the badge.
Can I use my own colours, fonts and logo?
+
Yes. Every profile has its own theme: accent colour, background, font and button style, plus a photo or logo. Business plans can remove the platform badge.
Can I take payments or collect reviews?
+
Yes. Add a UPI block so visitors can pay through any UPI app, and a Google review block that sends happy customers straight to your review page. Restaurants can also add a menu with veg and non-veg tags and a WhatsApp ordering button.
Who owns the leads and data?
+
You do. Leads, contacts and analytics belong to your account, and you can export or delete them at any time.
