Terms of Service

Draft template for development. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

Using GoWithLink

You may create profiles to share information about yourself or your business. You are responsible for the content you publish and for having the right to publish it.

Not allowed

• Impersonating another person or organisation.
• Spam, scams, phishing, malware or anything illegal.
• Adult, hateful or harassing content.
• Collecting visitors' data deceptively, or misusing leads in breach of applicable law.

We may take down profiles that break these rules and suspend the accounts behind them.

Plans and payments

Paid plans are billed in INR for the chosen period through Razorpay and do not renew automatically. When a plan ends, your account returns to the Free plan limits; your content is kept.

Availability

We aim for a reliable service but provide it as is, without warranty.
